Bon Jovi rocks Rogers Centre in first of two concerts.

TORONTO, Ont. - It was a 'good time' rock fest at the Rogers Centre, Tuesday night, as New Jersey band Bon Jovi performed in front of 42,000 fans.
It was the first of two concerts at the venue.

Kid Rock was the guest opening act, and what a way to kick things off -- he mixed everything from rock and hip-hop to country and showed his musical talents as he played piano, guitar and drums.

But the boys from Jersey were not going to be outshone. Bon Jovi had fans on their feet for two-and-a-half hours.

The band mixed the show up with past and present hits including, "Lost Highway," "You Give Love a Bad Name," "Bad Medicine," and of course, "Living on a Prayer."

At some points, the show felt like a rock gospel, and at other times, because of the ballads, the energy was a little low, but many fans loved what they heard.
